Lightweight & Efficient: Significantly lighter than solid metal or masonry, reducing structural load and simplifying handling and installation.

Aesthetic Versatility: Available in a variety of embossed patterns and finishes (e.g., Pattern A, B, C) that mimic wood, stone, or other textures, providing an attractive facade without the weight or cost.

Durable Exterior (Sheet Metal):

Made from high-quality, weather-resistant pre-painted aluminum-zinc-plated steel (AZ80) or printed sheet plates.

Features a protective special coating and an embossed finish for enhanced durability and visual depth.

Standard sheet thickness: 0.23mm.

Insulating Core: The core consists of a 16mm thick rigid, high-density polyurethane (PU) foam. This closed-cell foam provides effective thermal insulation and structural rigidity while keeping the panel weight low. The foam is treated with flame retardants for improved safety.

Protective Bottom Layer: The interior side is lined with a moisture-proof and heat-insulating aluminum foil layer laminated onto a color-coated steel plate. This layer acts as a vapor barrier and adds to the panel's thermal performance.
